Pros

Kroll offers diversity, excellent work life balance, a hybrid work schedule, and outstanding individuals to interact with. Management is communicative, will show true compassion and will guide you on your career path. There is a clear career path for those willing to do the work. Salaries are comparable and you will be noticed and rewarded for your contribution and hard work. Benefits are good.

Cons

The interview process can be difficult, and the testing is a challenge. In the beginning there are long hours.

Pros

- Some colleagues are knowledgeable and friendly - Unlimited paid sick days - Provides certification benefits - Hybrid flexibility - Great entry level positions and experience to put on a resume

Cons

You will be overwhelmed with the workload and will NOT be fairly compensated. Bonuses are laughable and rare. Don't live in DC? You will be forced into the office and you will not be able to expense parking, metro costs or offered supplemental parking. Like your position? You better, because that's the same title you will have until you move on. Growth opportunities? Sure! Just don't expect it to be accompanied by a substantial raise or title movement. Attached to your coworkers? Don't be, turnover never stops. Hoping for team outings? Get comfortable with virtual happy hours where you supply the drinks. Managing Directors? Nutcases or misogynistic tyrants. Do not get stuck here. Companies in this area are offering great competitive pay compared to this one. Managing Directors are making 175K +

Pros

Pay is decent and health benefits are the best I have seen so far in my field.

Cons

* Managing directors are aloof and don't do a ton of work. The knowledge is at the Senior Associate/VP(line manager) level and they hold the company together and often do all of the work. * OUTSTANDING VP's get fired or quit. * No career growth, only promotion from outside. * They keep hiring C-Suite leaders for jobs that don't generate revenue like Chief inclusion officer or Chief people officer. If these positions worked, we would see more promotions across the board, and no hiring freeze because of the loss of revenue due to these random positions. * The company does not understand project management. I am tired of seeing PMs getting treated like admin assistants for the MDs. Let the PM's manage projects and listen to them when they ask questions and make suggestions. * Quit with the town halls! All we care about is FIRED/NOT FIRED. They are a massive waste of time. We don't get any helpful information anyway. Even seen leadership avoid answering questions that actually matter such as raises, bonuses etc..
