Pay is good and you get a lot of good modeling experience. Have enjoyed my time here

Cons

Hours are pretty long and sometimes you get lost with what exactly needs to be done. Could use a better review system as well

Pros

The people on my team are very supportive and I really do love walking into the office everyday to work with them. Work / Life balance is pretty good and the company has a lot of opportunities to grow internally - I can see myself working here for a very long time.

Cons

Not many that I have noticed, wish my salary was higher but that should come with experience

Pros

Good pay, a few smart people, nice office. Solid benefits.

Cons

No structure, no team and no events. The office is small but people don't interact with each other. West Coast practice is terrible. I would not recommend.
