Welcoming and friendly team in a company that is trying to make a difference

The chance to work on ground-breaking products that can make a huge difference in people's lives.

Cons

I did a psychometric test after the second interview which I felt should have been done at the very first stage. Sedgefield HQ is a little out of the way with poor public transport links.

Pros

Most of the staff is competent, eager to succeed, and professional. The technology is interesting and developing.

Cons

Management is not interested in creating a quality product, simply looking to raise the share price high enough that they can cut bait and get out. This leads the extreme emphasis on meeting shipment dates, to the point where product is shipped with known defects. No support to the technical teams, and customer satisfaction remains low.
