Great company that's still small enough so that everyone knows each other, but big enough and dynamic enough to make a real impact in the nuclear, medical and security markets. With a lot of products already launched and many new exciting ones in the development pipeline, this is a company with a positive outlook and a great future. You very much feel like an integral part of the team and you have a sense that what you do on a daily basis makes a real difference to the company's future and to our customers. We have a lot of very exciting and fruitful collaborations set up with local (UK) and international hospitals, universities and reserach institutes. You very much feel like you're at the forefront of research and development in our market sector.
Cons
The company could do with an improvement to the way the project teams are put together and the projects themselves are run. This would provide more clarity to the project manager and the individual team members in terms of what the priorities are at any given moment and how many projects they're supposed to be actively working on.
