Decent pay with lots of overtime. Fast promotions.

Cons

Lots of politics and favor. Work 12-16 hr rotating shift which is hard on the body.

Processes were organized. Good benefit package.

Cons

Terrible management. Micro-managing, insecure boss (worst boss I ever had). No room for progress. Horrible, dingy office. I didn't even stay a year.
