      Insurance Overtime Can work at your own pace in the office

      Lots of favoritism within the company I watched a lady sleep at her desk everyday for almost a year while working here.

      Small company so experiences can be gained in many things.

      Cons

      Very old school and lots of clerical work at every level. Company feels it pays well but employees have to put up with too much politics and repetitive work. USA office expected to pick up slack and shortcomings of overseas offices
