Where do you begin... Extremely excessive mandatory overtime hours - company does not respect your life outside of the job. The place is essentially a sweat shop. They don't care about their employees and demonstrate it though their actions constantly. Management and H.R. personnel are smug. You're just a number to them and easily replaceable. If you have any issues on the job it's likely you'll be treated with contempt. Pay is low for the productivity expected. But don't worry, you'll make a decent living since you'll forcibly be there 70+ hours a week. Unless you're desperate, I'd avoid at all costs.
