Pros

Steady work with decent pay (through a staffing agency so no benefits)

Cons

If you mess up one time or have to take a day off, be prepared to hear about it and possibly get threatened to be terminated. It's good for temporary work but if you work second shift, be prepared not to see your family much.

Pros

Many varied tasks that culminate in learning a variety of skills and diferent abilities. The work is a definite resume booster since it includes budget management, team leadership, interdepartmental communication, presentations, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Cons

There is a large amount of work. The company is clearly understaffed and stretches their employees thin rather than hiring more.

Pros

Management always encourages growth and inovation. Japanese support is very positive. Training is continuous. Engineering staff is encouraged to think outside the box and new technologies are regularly introduced.

Cons

Work hours required are too long and staff too skilled for the salaries. It is competitive to the region but not to the industry overall.
