1. Waste department, complete politics and they will make you work for 19hrs, and an average of 13hrs daily. 2. The person who is straight forward will be cornered and brutally pushed to resign and I was the victim. 3. No time to relax because, they didn't take replacement for 5 months and got their appraisal at less cost and I requested support for additional responisibilities but I was cornered and pushed to resign by their torture on daily basis particularly the senior levels. 4. There is no proper planning supply chain operations and will end up pouring all the time stretch on to the person who is taking care of the supply chain distribution. 5. There is no Humanity even for sick conditions . 6. If you don't have a job even, don't even consider of joining this Co on .... You will become mad losing all your capabilities which you had learnt.
