Pros

The benefits are top of the line. The pay isn't too bad, especially considering all the overtime you can get.

Cons

It's a damn sweat shop. No respect, don't replace the tools or PPE like they promise, unrealistic daily production numbers, filthy work environment (unless the higher-ups from Japan are coming to shop). 500 people taking lunch at same time with only 6 working microwaves? And your allowed breaks change duration of length depending on the week? Unless you are fresh out of high school or in your 20's with no kids, don't waste your time.

Pros

Salaries lower or just set at mid-range. Bonus not much. People are really nice to work with in all areas. Big focus in safety. Some overtime. Steady work, seldom or never layoff.

Cons

If you're not wishing to ladder climb and want solid employment not a bad place to work. No real cons.
