Great Company with products that make People smile.

Cons

Internally, They have some archaic processes and the constant rotation of seats and Titles can be overwhelming. Although I was overqualified for this position, I felt that made no impact on moving up within the Company. Passed over 3 times in 4 months for others with less experience in both customer care and product support and knowledge. I realized it was time to move along.

Cons

It is downright the worst place to work. It is an established company in Japan, however that is not the case in US. It is free for all. Marketing and Sales leaders lead an IT department with no clue on technology.
