-Good mix of different aged employees. -Some enjoyable perks. -Good stake in the market.

Cons

-HR is highly unorganized. -Management is poorly vetted and typically chosen if they will accept cheaper salary. (still double what employees under them make). -Tenure is all that matters when it comes to promotion/recognition. Work ethic and deliverables do not attribute to your value.

Insurance is great, accrue vacation time

Cons

Very strict attendance policy. If you are late (even 1 minute) including returning from lunch, more than 4 times in a months time you could be terminated. Not able to make up missed time. Ex: can’t come in at 8:15 & then only take 45 mins for lunch or stay until 5:15.
