Pros

Friendly Coworkers, good coffee, etc.

Cons

Job is difficult to learn, Lots of systems to learn. Plan on taking 100 phone calls a day and being yelled at by dealers constantly for things that are completely out of your control. Little to no proper training. You'll be told you will be doing some traveling. Which you do do. However, its stacked back to back with trade shows. Pay is also low for the area. Traffic sucks. The culture is also terrible. Very Corporate and very inconvenient you have to wear slacks & button down every day even though you don't see other people. This is a tractor company. You'd think nice boots and jeans.
