The Japanese business respects loyalty and the company doesn't hire more than it can sustain, with no history of layoffs. Business culture is ready to ensure they are close to the leading edge of agriculture manufacturing.

Cons

Things move slow for change. Even when issues arise. Too many chefs in the kitchen cause for confusion on projects that are clearly needed. Sometimes project get reject just to be picked up by another team due to upper management scabbles. Business still acts as if it a small mom and pop shop when it is global powerhouse in its industry.
