Cons

In-person 5 days a week required depending on your manager. Salary is okay but could be more for the work and time required to be in. Most teams are full of male leadership and not many women.

Good opportunity to move within the various industry verticals and sections of the company. Some offices have great leadership if you are fortunate enough to get in there.

Cons

Multi layer managerial leadership and one can get lost in the maze especially when trying to get some form of approval. Over the past 2 years there have been many wrong changes applied to leadership management resulting in loss of good talent. New managers were either not people managers or for that matter even product managers.
