1) High learning curve, new opportunities and challenges everyday 2) Focuses on the building individual brands of people 3) Works in emerging technologies - social media, mobile and cloud 4) People get to work on live projects 5) Open culture - everybody works from the same hall 6) Flexibility in timings

Cons

1) Team sometimes becomes over ambitious and bites more than it can chew 2) Located at Bommanhalli ;)

Cons

appraisal policies are flawed completely and they differentiate a lot between people. Future is not very great as many people are leaving
