Pros

Flexible work hours. Great learning. Option to work from home. No formals. Great colleagues.

Cons

Hikes are less as compared to other start-ups. Old and outdated laptops with almost zero battery back ups.

Pros

A great place to start the career. You get to be a part of daily client call even you are a fresher. The culture is what distinguishes Kuliza from other companies. Management is responsive and ever helpful. Office is really cool and you would want to Work From Office even when you have the option to work from home. Recognition for good work.

Cons

Low on perks and in-office facilities. Almost nothing to learn for front end developers as the UX is decided by the client, so they often end up doing routine work.
