Pros

Only free lunch, nothing else.

Cons

Poor management and outdated projects and devices. Lot of cost-cutting. They don't value their employees at all and keep firing them if the project gets over. All the experienced and knowledgable people have already left or are looking for other opportunities. They hired a new HR this year as all other HRs have also left, and she is very rude and senseless. No opportunities for learning also.

Great people and amazing history

Cons

Everything. Tech quality is going bad day by day. Strategy changes every day and the impact comes directly on devs. You can reach out to CEO but he increases the problem rather than solving it.

1.) Smart and helpful product team that is always approachable and reliable 2.) Free lunch and snacks provided, great housekeeping and staff that looks after most of our needs 3.) Flexible work hours 4.) Most employees are fun to interact with and are great people to learn from

Cons

1.) Some people in the higher management like keeping personal grudges which affect the careers of most members in their teams. Chief business officer does not want people to work with other teams 2.) Internal politics determines employee's career paths here and not the work someone does 3.) Hires top management school graduates who eiher don't know how to run a business or leave the organization to join better ones
