Pros
They just give free lunch and that's the only motivation you can go to office. Few good guys are there at office.
Cons
1. Delivery managers are technically challenged and will always try to put the blame on juniors to cover up their incompetency. 2. One example: Technical lead doesn't know how to make directory and do ssh in linux machine. 3. Managers mis-behaving with juniors, even HR doesn't respond to the complaints where seniors are involved. 4. If you try to work there, the delivery managers will try alm sort of politics to demotivate you.
