Pros

Flexible time hours. Work from home.

Cons

Management is dumb. Won't play any significant role in the development cycle and expecting all from the developers. No work life balance. Target employees emotionally to enforce them to work on weekends.

Pros

Few good people and mentors. The management try hard to improve Free Lunch Trying to become a product company but is difficult

Cons

Poor management, no idea on how to control the situation. The company runs within family and all those favored by them get good appraisals. CEO has no responsibilities other than joking. Not sure why he is the CEO Bad appraisal process. HR is almost non functional. Work culture is also bad.

Pros

1. The dream which has allowed the company to stay in the market for a long time. 2. Some really good and sincere employees who believe in the dream.

Cons

1. Confusion & clutter - Too many decision makers for not so significant issues, but no strong leader for things that matter. 2. Lack of vision or more importantly, lack of communication - Not able to take a step back and observe before running into conclusions regarding any business or people decisions. 3. Opportunistic behaviour - Leaders get manipulated by opinions. There are many opportunists who don't want to put effort except for their good. 4. HR Team is not guided, empathetic and righteous. 5. Fear of losing the job doesn't allow people to give the right feedback.
