Pros
Good fooseball table, free food and nothing much. Highly supportive people. Good work life balance, but only for management people, not for software labour.
Cons
Quiet less pay, what market is capable of. Trying to launch their own product, which is worst of many of the projects that they have. Code review and kuliza are way too far. So not good for devs to grow. After you get out of here you will realize that you have just written a crap all the time. In frontend, people takes great initiative to take their tech to next level, but in case of backend there is no future, they are just confined to what they are using for years and copy pasting of from one project to another. No one focuses on having a good carrier path. Here PM doesn't now what their job is, everything is done by software labour only. Overcommitment of work by managers, seems to be a result of bad politics, which again have to be bear by software labour. Beware new joinees, when you leave they will refund your pl only on the basis of basic salary not the fixed salary, try to use your pl before leaving.
