Pros

Not demanding on your schedule. I worked at most probably 6 days a month and it was in the afternoons so it didn't interfere with my school schedule

Cons

Having the basic salary is nice but it's really not that much because of the limited hours available

The work is straightforward and easy Kumon's system is efficient and uncomplicated Helping struggling students can feel meaningful

Gets mundane after a while Not enough communication between coworkers Pay is kinda low
