It was cool having a job, didn't like the rules or wage

Pros

Was able to sharpen math skills and have an air conditioned job. However, it is a really lame job to grade there. I got zero respect even though I had 2 associates degrees and was not paid fairly for the tasks I completed

Cons

Does not pay well enough. Had to be Uber professional since I was working with kids. Had to go 3-6 hours without talking and was offered minimal breaks. I would not recommend working at Kumon

Okay company to work for, good first job

Pros

Getting to know the kids and watch them learn new skills and develop the old ones gives a lot of satisfaction. Also, the workload isn't every challenging and is easily managed for students.

Cons

I got called in a lot of times when I made it known before that I would not be able to make it on those days due to other commitments.
