Nice work balance Easily take days off Being a former student gives you a better chance at landing a position Good on your resume

Cons

Extremely low hours, essentially at max 6 hours a week Average minimum wage for students Might be good on your resume but it really does not allow you to move up at Kumon

If your a college student or a high-school student KLC can provide a great job with very flexible hours which is great when you have a lot of school work.

Cons

There aren't enough hours to work usually so this is job is definitely not a job where you can be entirely dependent of your family.

Working with children and its a very easy job as long as you are patient and careful with everything you do. You need to have some knowledge and intellengence

Cons

It can get boring at times because you cant talk at all unless a student asks you a question and to some people that can be boring
