I like working for Kumon because I am passionate about working with children, and also teaching people of all ages to become better at reading and writing and mathematics.

Cons

Since this company is a franchise I would have to say if you have complaints they are specific to a private franchisee. For example the pa y may vary greatly from one center to another or the tuition rates even.

-Easy Job -Not Long hours -Perfect if your in high school -Very lenient because they over hire so someone can easily cover your shift

Cons

-Not challenging enough -Not enough hours -Not excellent pay -Pay did not go up much because you did not stay around for that long
