The company has a large operation in the US Gulf Coast region.

Cons

The leaders within the organization go to great lengths to nurture and develop individuals that look and sound like them (You have to be in the Club). I met Kuraray's VP of Administration at Kuraray Sam Suzuki and came away feeling disrespected. The workforce at Kurray does not represent the overall diversity of Houston overall. It is a sad reality. The workload of each employee is extreme and I don't see it getting any better anytime soon.
