The only pro is good pay

Cons

Too much of workload. Very inexperienced people in manager positions, they do not know the process so work is given to people for no scientific reason. All the purpose for position. Very toxic environment.

Stressful environment. Management has no experience. So they will do whatever to impress there managers. This will mean more work. No experience on how to deal with worker conflicts.

The people were cool. Everyone pulled their weight. Very busy so time flies without too much manual labor.

Didn’t see a raise for over a year even though we were promised one.
