      Pros

      I love working at Kurt! The people at Kurt are great, there are opportunities to learn and to grow, and being employee owned is a great benefit. The management team cares about the employees.

      Cons

      No employer is perfect, but I struggle to find a Con that is worth mentioning.

      Pros

      Kurt was a family owned business and now is an employee owned business and you can tell. Everyone takes pride in Kurt. We have a lot of long term employees.

      Cons

      Wish it was closer to my house.
