Good experience with HR department.

Cons

Very poor management on both a company-wide and plant management scale. Terrible company culture of do the minimum to get by and blame everyone else for problems rather than trying to fix them.

Management is clueless, morale is poor, and the pay is too low. Managers use intimidation, and retaliation to keep employees from raising concerns

We agree, Kurt’s greatest strength is its people and listening to feedback is key. Our Employee Owners are a cohesive, highly skilled and hardworking group. It is often said that we are a lot like family. Kurt could not compete globally in today’s complex marketplace without the motivation, ingenuity and technical expertise its Employee Owners. We need Kurt employees to share their thoughts and suggestions because without feedback such as yours, we cannot make things better. Not that we’re perfect – there is always room to grow.
