Because Kurt is a company with facilities in four states serving a variety of industries, we have both opportunities and challenges that are unique. Each day we find new ways to meet our customer expectations and improve what we do and how we do it. That’s how we’ve come to be an industry leader with record low turnover for over 70 years. Our customer requirements can result in overtime in certain circumstances and we do what we can to work with our Employee Owners to meet each customer’s unique needs.
