Division Management, specifically at the Machining Division is very much a micromanagement situation. There is a lot of nepotism; the good ol boys club. HR will tell you there’s too much collusion from the floor to management but that doesn’t just happen over night. If you were to look at reviews here or on Indeed the timeline from the last 2 years is fitting for what is happening. Bad leadership = failing between their own four walls. Work environment wise, it is extremely outdated. Management is cheap in what they will put in to the company as far as tools employees need and or just updating the outdated facility. It’s honestly pretty gross. It is not a warm and exciting facility to work in.
