      Expectations are low, so it's pretty easy to do well

      Cons

      Pay/benefits are below average It seems like they don't fire anyone, so you have some people who are just not good at their jobs

      Pros

      Everybody works together, and management works with employees. We receive training for our jobs, and there are promotion opportunities. The company treats you like family. Esop company.

      Cons

      Insurance has a high deductible.
