Pros

One of the many reasons is the opportunity to learn something new all the time. The room to advance in the company is great. Some of the latest technologies to work with and learn. Everyone makes you feel welcome and treats you right.

Pros

You will learn to do complicated work with little to no support.

Cons

You will learn to do complicated work with little to no support. This company has extremely bad material handling, you must supply virtually all of your own tools, working under a forklift, and some of the harshest management I have ever experienced.
