Pros

Relative to other similar convenience store chains and gas stations, Kwik Trip pays quite well. The profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year is quite a nice perk if you stick around, don't expect to quit before November and still get a bonus.

Cons

With the better pay comes more top-down demands on the employees from management, and the district and zone management. It varies greatly from store to store, but the management is strict, the turnover is high with few concessions from management to alleviate pressure, and there is often quite a bit of store drama. One big disclaimer: the employee and employer culture in Kwik Trip is quite culty, if you have negative opinions about the company, be sure to keep them to yourself on shift.
