      Pros

      Bonus check at the end of the year and the package associated with that is one of the best I have ever had. Co-Workers are nice for the most part. People interaction (if you are a people person) CEO and highest management is stellar.

      Cons

      Bosses have the potential to take job too seriously. Management may say one thing and do another. i.e. letting you believe there are opportunities when they have no intention of allowing advancement. Middle management needs work and acts as an exclusive club. Not inviting to co-workers.

      good benefits, good place to work for old people, flexible schedule, good management, good training, it is better than seating at home and collecting gov. benefits

      Cons

      job is in jeneral not motivating, robot tasks, do every day same things like factory job but at factory you get payd dubled the kwik trip salary.
