None except they use Fidelity for their retirement and HSA accounts.

Cons

Dog eat dog atmosphere. All different groups and they feel like they all work for a different company and unwilling to work as a team. Internal tools still IBM although they are a "NEW" company. Bloated and bureaucratic, red tape to use the bathroom. No help from senior leadership when items need to be addressed, nothing changes unless it is their idea. Too many cons to list here.

None, it’s a EBIT/ ponzi scam and rampant corruption, sales and financial fraud, malfeasance, incompetence.

Cons

Kyndryl C-Suite committed public corruption in the fixing Publicly traded company IBM & IBM-Kyndryl 11-2022 when they met with and rigged the RFP VPN for IBM-Kyndryl Corporate; Commercial VPN RFP Bid so that no other company could win except Palo Alto. Even better and cheaper pricing from VPN Makers such as Cisco (Existing VPN and stable, still IBM managed for Kyndryl for 2-more years) CloudFlare, Zscaler, Fortinet, Checkpoint all were $15M to $20/30M cost cheaper and Palo was $50M and is currently causing outages with IBM Mainframe customers Honda Motor Corporation, IBM.
