Good pay, benefits and people, too many hours
Pros
Their pay is competitve and the benefits are adequate, although not as good as other large Tech companies. The people are great.
Cons
It's a very disorganized bureaucracy. You will be perpetually seeking the right resources, processes, and people within the company. Many of the "processes" are not well-defined or communicated internally. Most projects are allotted half the time they require or less, so there is plenty of unpaid overtime and weekend work for all. Given the workload, their pay isn't as good as it seems. Many of their customer solutions do not follow best practices within the Industry. This is to be expected, given the lack of processes and short deadlines. Vacation time is accrued through the year, but it cannot to be carried-over. How can you take that vacation time you accrue in December? Kyndryl has some of the best people that I've encountered, but it's also the worst job I've had outside of hourly work.
