      Fast Paced with Sink or Swim Mentality

      Pros

      Easy to move up if you put into tremendous effort and support management philosophy. Highly diverse production, with new challenges everyday. If you make it to the staff level, there is good job security.

      Cons

      Management is extremely abrasive no matter your skill level, from bachelors to PhD. You will be expected to juggle more than what you are capable of and make it up in your hours worked. Processes are not exciting and most of the technical information is hidden in the minds of the experienced, which you are expected to know but is never taught to you. Pay is not competitive

      japanese management style, very very strict on time and expect you to work more hours than salary should cover
