Pros

Have some form of training for engineers, including six sigma training although is very slow and not as rigorous

Cons

Young people with aspirations to learn and grow should STAY AWAY. There is a high turnover rate among process engineers here. Management is very condescending and demeaning and could suck the positivity of any young engineer who wishes to start their career. Pay is also not competitive especially considering management expectations to work 10 hrs per day.

Pros

Co-workers are fun and management encourages workers to learn everyday.

Cons

There is very little work-life balance. All of the salary-exempt workers work more than 10 hour days.
