Pros

[For Production] - Operators, engineers (lower level employees) are friendly and work hard. Product is interesting and goes to good causes

Cons

Managers are lazy, incompetent, mean (calling people "stupid" in meetings for asking questions), and some even have a history of sexually assaulting female employees. When this is brought up to HR, they say they will "investigate" but 10/10 times this leads to retaliation. Management makes up stories and pins it on the person submitting the complaint, and HR blindly accepts. There is no leadership, and managers openly violate the stated official company culture, which actually has many positive elements.
