      Work ethic is low at Kyocera, as such work-life balance is favorable

      Management is focused on the bottom line in the present, they constantly spot how the company has been profitable for 40+ years. As such they make numerous short term decisions that have disastrous consequences in the long term. Decision making is the slowest I have ever met. Management is terrified to make decisive moves. Toxic blame culture is prevalent throughout.
