Cons

Miss Management, No Think tank in the organisation, Reservations and favoritism are the factors not letting company grow. Customer service is a big concern. Company been run by individuals and not by functional departments

he salary is very very low compare to the quality of MBA people they want to hire. My previous job package was higher than this because of campus placement can't reject the offer. The work of daily suspecting is real pain as no one knows about the brand thanks to our so called marketing team..
