You will not have much targets...as well the senior management is least bother how much you work until the month closing... Work life balance..

Cons

The salary is very very low compare to the quality of MBA people they want to hire. My previous job package was higher than this because of campus placement can't reject the offer. The work of daily suspecting is real pain as no one knows about the brand thanks to our so called marketing team..
