Pros

One of the pros is that multifunctional devices offered at Kyocera are actually amoung the best in the business. So you go in knowing you're selling a quality product. A lot of autonomy, but enough where you hang yourself with your own rope.

Cons

Very hierarchical culture. A lack of marketing at the corporate level makes it more difficult on the account executive to sell.

Pros

Depending on who you work with, some upper management tries to understand from top to bottom what goes on

Cons

Depending on who you work with, some upper management does NOT try to understand from top to bottom what goes on. Maximizing profits with the least amount of man power as possible.
