Pros

Working at Kyocera was a wonderful experience. I had the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled experts and learn a great deal, especially thanks to the excellent lab facilities. One of the most inspiring aspects of Kyocera is seeing colleagues who have been with the company for 30–40 years, which speaks volumes about the company’s culture and stability. It’s a financially strong organization that offers great benefits and fosters thorough technical discussions.

Cons

The only drawback is the tight work schedule, with fixed hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
