Pros

There is not alot of positive feedback to say about this company. I've worked there for 2 years and my experience throughout my 2 year term was a nightmare, from management to the work environment itself. Everyone that's working for this company is just here to collect a paycheck. They dont take pride in what they do, the morale is low. It is a dreadful 8hours per day doing robotic work.

Cons

You have managers that does not know how to speak English. Most of the managers are Chinese that seems like they came from China a year ago. When talking to them, i feel like I'm in an ESL class. These managers are very closed minded, your opinion does not count. Being under a Chinese manager feels like your in a cummunist state, they are tyrants and slave drivers. It is a dead end job. the turn over ratio is really high, you see people come and go all the time. I am glad I left. For future employees or applicants, read all the reviews for this company before you apply it will save you alot of time and headaches. believe me unless you're really desperate for a job. it's a job that people pass over and it is the only choice because you have to make ends meet.

Pros

Job security and the basic benefit package is horrible are the only pros

Cons

Lacks respect for there employees. Most Managers are managers because they were there not because of time and not because of they have their innate knowledge. There is no management training and can resemble high school. Many projects suffer because of the lack of knowledge of those in charge. Many great employees come and try to help, but with the level of ignorance and politics many products take much longer and not as good as they could be if managers were better educated and had basic managing skills. Not an equal opportunity employer, it best to be at least male if not then just being Asian will do. Forget about HR department
