Pros

Good experience to be gained, fast paced business, often changing environment leads to challenging work. The employee base is very smart and good people to work with. Rarely a dull moment.

Cons

Frequently changing environment, layoffs and reorganizations frequently. Meaningful communications from senior leadership is lacking. Senior Mgmt is set in their ways. Words are spoken but there seems to be more that is not always shared with the employees and stake holders. Hard work, little reward. Feels like everyone is replaceable, and just be happy you have a job. The blue book creates inconsistency
