I worked a remote work from home full time job through Kybba which gave me the opportunity to work within a pharmaceutical company. Kybba is a supportive company where their HR department checks in frequently asking if everything is okay and if there is anything they can do. If I had any questions or needed something, they would get back to me within a couple hours. Kybba has the ability to offer its employees insurance and paid time off which is a plus when it comes to contract work. There was a good work life balance and I worked hours that fit company needs and had the ability to make adjustments if needed.
