      Great place to work, learn and have fun..

      Pros

      - Great work culture and lots of freedom - Fun at work and supportive colleagues - Less work pressure compared to so many other US staffing companies out there - Fair dealing with all employees - No favoritism of any kind - Good monetary programmes to motivate employees - Approachable leaders and open for feedback

      Cons

      - Can have more benefits like pick up and drop service - Can fire some employees who ruin the atmosphere of the office - Very tolerant with non performing employees - Management is too lenient and can be more strict

We try to leave no stone unturned in developing an individual holistically. While we understand your frustration regarding some ‘non performing employees’ ruining the atmosphere. We also understand that not everybody is made the same and we are fortunate that we have a very large group of employees who appreciate our work culture and the growth they get at Kyyba and been with us for very long time.

      Pros

      Great corporate culture where the company and its associates have mutual respect for each other. Every one is respected and everyone’s contributions are valued and acknowledged. Kyyba has inspired and made me happy.Unlike any other recruitment firm that i have worked earlier , Kyyba gives lot of freedom and respect valid inputs.I wouldn't have left kyyba if it was not a personal reason. Hope to rejoin Kyyba soon.

      May be can arrange for Food coupons. I cant think of anything else.
