I'm not sure where to begin or if this box will even allow me to type all the cons of this firm!
I can assure you all the glowing reviews are by the same person who just keeps posting reviews and changing her statements.I saw some reviews which has even given 5 stars for each category. It clearly indicates that it is fake and was put by the management itself.
Even google employee doesn't give 5 star rating for all these categories.management doesn't have any long term vision or goals. I will say this job was an eye-opening experience,
it helped me to understand how a management shouldn't be.Some of the policies they wont even reveal to employees.Example there are many hidden policies which will pop up instantly as per their convenience.Cannot expect career growth because of no learning curve,Worst working culture seen in my entire life. worst HR policies and worst HRs too. Guys, don't join in this organisation especially for freshers.You will waste your time and end up with so much of disappointment.
